Hood Rich is when someone is spending money on materialistic things while they still live in the hood. Someone who is hood rich might have a two bedroom house in the hood and still drive a Lambo or spend a lot of money on clothes, cars, dinners, but have below average credit and live far above their means.
When rappers refer to being “Hoodrich” or “Hood rich” this is what they are referring too.
