DailyRapFacts LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit RapDictionary.com or use our mobile apps “Rap Dictionary” & “Rap Dictionary+” (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Who We Are

This Service is operated by DailyRapFacts LLC. We built the Rap Dictionary app as a Free website and app. The Rap Dictionary+ app is the premium version of Rap Dictionary which is paid to enjoy ad-free and other features not on the Free Rap Dictionary app. Rap Dictionary is provided by DailyRapFacts LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service. Thank you for using RapDictionary.com and our apps! Our mission is to bring high quality Rap/Hip-Hop reference and educational products to every Music or Rap/Hip-Hop fan in the world.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not ask for any Personally identifiable information in the app. Our Service does not collect any personally identifiable information about you such as your name, address, or phone number, etc. E-mails are used only for our newsletters, if you register for our newsletter. Our Service does not sell your email address or use it for advertising. However, Our Service does obtain some types of non-personally identifiable information such as your device type, browser type (Chrome or Safari, for example), the type of operating system you use (Macintosh or Windows, for example), and/or your IP address. The information collected by our Service is used for the purpose of troubleshooting, targeting ads and measuring ad effectiveness on behalf of advertisers. In some cases, we will also collect information on your preferred target language for translations and search history. This is used only for making the site easier to use and possibly for ad targeting. We collect minimal data and only what’s necessary to operate our Service effectively, we collect log data like:

NOTE: We do not collect user-generated content or personal accounts information. Information collected during payment for Rap Dictionary+ is handled by Apple & their App Store.

We do not retain personal user data. Newsletter subscriber emails are stored securely in Mailchimp until you unsubscribe.
